These gorgeous, classic bloomers in our organic, cottage floral cotton which has been printed especially for us. We have added a pretty gathered frill to the waist which is finished with contrasting ric rac trim. Perfect paired with our blouses or jersey cotton t-shirts.

Waist measurement is taken when the waist elastic is relaxed, so is the minimum waist measurement.
