New and unworn/unwashed items purchased online are eligible for an exchange within 14 days after the product is received. If your desired size/style is not available at the time of your return, we are happy to offer an alternative, or you will be issued a store credit. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Please notify us before shipping since we cannot be responsible for items returned to us without notification and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package. All return packages need to be insured.

- All defects need to be brought to our attention up to 3 days after receiving your package.

- We are not allowing returns on swimwear for Hygiene reasons.
- Unfortunately we can't accept returns on international orders.
Due to Shopify's newest policy of non refundable fees when orders are being cancelled there's a 10% restocking fee for any cancellations once the order has been placed. Orders that have been processed are not eligible for cancellation
Domestic Shipping (USA):
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of order. Please note fulfillment may take longer during major drops, sales and holidays. If you need your order shipped same/next business day please leave a note at check out or send us an email and we'll be happy to accomodate.
Tracking is filtered through Shopify and customer will be sent an email with tracking information. If you suspect your package is lost, or have a question regarding tracking of your package please contact 1-800-ASK-USPS as we are not responsible for tracking once dropped off at the post office.
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days of order via USPS. Customers assume all costs also associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Tracking number will be available at time of purchase. Unfortunately, Barba & Roo cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Customers will be sent an email that includes all shipping information needed once item is shipped. Please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for delivery. Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office or UPS facility for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
